Charlevoix Farmers Market offers Evening Markets at the Library

With the change in the season, comes a change at the Charlevoix Farmers Market! Beginning on October 11th, the Market will switch its location and time to the Charlevoix Public Library at 220 Clinton St. from 3-6pm. Despite the change in time and place, the Market will continue to showcase local producers and be a vibrant event for the whole community.

applesThe Charlevoix Farmers Market features a wide variety of farmers, wineries, and specialty producers throughout the market season. You can find everything you need for dinner from the market: your veggies from Providence Organic Farm, local cuts of beef from Cook Family Farm, and baked goods from Farmer White’s. Find the full list of vendors here.

With the move to evenings at the Library, going to the Market is a perfect after-school activity for you and your kids. Perusing the market and picking out a new book each week is a great habit to get into! Plus, the Market offers a Junior Marketeer Program for even more fun for your little one. Each visit, your Junior Marketeer receives a sticker and on the fourth visit will receive a free tee-shirt!

Never carry cash? At the Market, you can swipe your credit card, debit card, or EBT card to receive market tokens to use at vendors’ booths. In addition, the Market participates with Double Up Food Bucks, SNAP, WIC, and Senior Project FRESH/Market FRESH. The Charlevoix Farmers Market aims to be accessible to everyone in the community.
