The Marq is teaming up with the folks at Iron Fish Distillery and the Superior Watershed Partnership to celebrate sustainability in the food system and on the Great Lakes.
On April 26th, the evening will include 5 courses and 5 drinks highlighting Iron Fish spirits. We will also be featuring products from companies with closed-loop or reciprocal relationships with the distillery. Produce featured will be from Marquette area farms.
The guys at Four the Water will also be here to talk about their upcoming kayak trip around Lake Superior in an effort to raise awareness about the future of the watershed, and to raise funds for SWP and Alliance for the Great Lakes.
