Boss Mouse Artisan Cheese is hand-made, locally sourced cheese from beautiful Grand Traverse County, Michigan. We offer a variety of cave-aged, pasteurized cow 's milk cheeses which we produce with care and love. We also produce our legendary applewood smoked butter.
