About 15 year ago, I set out on a journey to beat inflammations and be a leader in the wellness world. I rid my cabinets and lifestyle of all pollutants from my home down to the things I consume and wear. If I was going to walk the walk, I had to talk the talk. Being sober has opened my eyes to a life of many rewards. I fell in love with this feeling so much that I knew this was something worth sharing and creating with others like you. I have two children: Lilith Grey; age 4, & Preston James; age 5. My husband and I have been married for almost 7 years and we have the best foundation and support.
The letter “i” in iBalance represents you, us, and the entire iBalance community. It represents the notion that with the power of yoga, meditation, and cold-pressed juice, we can properly balance our lives, together.
