At Motor City Micros we grow shoots, microgreens, herbs, and edible flowers using earth-friendly practices and products. Our specialty is creating artisanal salad blends and microgreens mixes that combine our customers favorite varieties. We harvest-to-order and offer a salad subscription (CSA) so that our customers receive their greens at peak freshness and flavor.
