We believe in renewing and growing the food culture in Southeast Michigan by reducing risk for food-start ups that do not require a full time facility to produce or assemble thier creations. Proud Mitten Kitchen offers aid in helping businesses grow their product, expand their market and gain access to the Michigan Food Community where other similar businesses share ideas.
