Since 2005, Rowster Coffee has been committed to hand roasting in a 20 pound, American-made, steel coffee roaster. As a small, locally-owned business with a roasting facility and café in Grand Rapids, MI, Rowster loves supporting the West Michigan community. They also support fair trade farmers from across the globe. You pronounce the “row” in Rowster like “row your boat” – a nod to the clean, fresh waters of West Michigan and the waters of each global region where they source beans.
