The team at Superior Fire is Val, Graham, Scott, and Joe. Our story of carrying on the tradition began when we learned the process of making Ray's Polish Fire in small batches with great attention to detail. Ray's inspiration for making and selling our flagship product, Ray's Polish Fire, began with a desire to bring pleasure and joy to eating. Ray believes the most revolutionary thing we can do is grow our own food and share our food with others.
Today, we continue offering Ray's Polish Fire alongside Divine Mesa, an amazing table sauce and two spice blends, a salt-free Sunset Blend and one with some salt and heat named, Phoenix Blend.
