The Sovengard

The Sovengard is a Midwest Farm-to-Table restaurant working in the philosophies of the New Nordic Movement. We look to this as the evolution of farm-to-table; making food that is always focused on local sourcing, seasonality, and sustainable production methods. Our new space opening Summer of '23 will further lean into this concept and feature expanded event space capabilities, a new culinary mini market, and of course there's no Sovengard with out a biergarten!
