Yooper Beef

Homegrown all-natural Angus beef bred, born, raised, and custom processed entirely in the Upper Peninsula. Our beef is finished the old-fashioned way on exclusively U.P. produced pastures, haylage, silage, and high moisture grains for a beautiful marbling to the tender meat. Our animals are rotated 2 times per day through pastures on our regenerative farm. Pasture-raised heritage breed farrow-to-finish pork. We take our commitment to producing local seriously- we are excited that over 95% of the feed that our pigs consume was grown locally on our farm in Ontonagon County! We don't use any growth hormones, steroids, or fed antibiotics. Meat available for your freezer by the quarter (beef only), half, or whole, and whole animal ground burger. Hay is also available upon request.

We are a small family farm committed to providing our customers with the healthiest and highest quality real Angus beef and heritage farrow-to-finish pork, locally produced and processed in the U.P. We strongly believe that by keeping our production costs local, we can pass the savings on to the customer and help the local economy.
