Share your Voice at the Michigan Farmers Union Annual Meeting!

Come share your voice with the Michigan Farmers Union! Once a year, this grassroots, member-driven organization gathers to discuss policy recommendations on the local, state, and national level. Some of the issues on the table this year will be foreign ownership of farmland, 10 Cents a Meal, and dairy supply management.

All are welcome to this meeting, though only MFU members will be able to vote to put policy in place. They are looking for input on the grassroots level on their policy before moving it on to the National Farmers Union and Congress.

Not only will there be a discussion on policy, but there will also be a silent auction and a Certified Local Food Event lunch. Proceeds from the Silent auction will go towards a local FFA Chapter as well as sponsoring two tickets to the Northern Michigan Small Farms Conference in January.

Come celebrate and learn what MFU has done for you this year!
